GENOA Web Demo through Internet Web Browser (Java required)

Try out GENOA today through your own web browser! The Demo demonstrates more examples and the the full features of the graphical interface and 3D graphics with prepared analysis cases and results.

GENOA Demo Package includes:
3D Graphics GUI (no analysis modules)
8 Step-by-Step Tutorial Examples with analysis results:
1)
Importing from an ABAQUS coupon model and running Progressive Failure Analysis
2)
Importing from a NASTRAN openhole model and running Progressive Failure Analysis
3)
Progressive Failure Dynamic Analysis (PFDA) of a composite plate impacted by a rigid ball.
4)
Demonstration of a composite laminate subject to four-point bending according to ASTM D6272
5)
Demonstration of how to set up the progressive failure analysis of a composite Advanced Technology Demonstrator (ATD) structure subject to static loading.
6)
Demonstration of how to use GENOA-PFDA to simulate the progressive failure response of a honeycomb sandwich plate caused by an impact event.
7)
Demonstration of how to import a GENOA model file and quickly use the Material Constituent Analysis (MCA) to determine laminate/ply properties such as modulus, poisson's ratio, strength, heat conductivity, laminate strain, etc.
8)
Prediction of Allowables virtually based on limited number of test data is implemented in GENOA by combining progressive failure analysis with probabilistic analysis. This exercise shows how to use Option 2 under A&B Allowable module.

Important Requirement: Java 1.5 and Java3D are required for running GENOA.

You must have Java 1.5 installed on your workstation in order to run the main GENOA GUI application. This application also requires Java3D for all of the 3D Graphics. For a list of recommended versions of Java to use with GENOA, please refer to this page for available downloads.

Please fill out the required form to access and start using GENOA immediately!
